I have been active in the music business since 1986. It all began in college, where I started to produce live music shows at the clubs. After I graduated, I was hired by BBA/Management & Booking and began booking tours, managing bands and released two Bad Mutha Goose and The Bros Grimm EPs on Fable Records, a small indie label I managed. In 1987, I was hired to work on The Willie Nelson 4th of July Picnic in Carl’s Corner, TX and shortly after founded my own company, Mirkin Management, Hablador Records (Ian Moore’s personal indie label) and created/produced the Festival De La Luna at Auditorium Shores in Austin, TX. Festival De La Luna featured Big Head Todd, Ian Moore, The Toadies and others.

As a manager I represented recording artists Ian Moore, Big Car (now Fastball), Breedlove, Bad Mutha Goose and The Bros. Grimm. I negotiated recording and publishing deals with Warner Bros., Capital, EMI, Giant Records, Capricorn Records and Rondor Music.  I am proud to say that my artists toured with musical icons including The Rolling Stones, Bob Dylan, ZZ Top and Lynyrd Skynyrd, to name a few. From 1998-2008, ASCAP asked me to open a regional office in Texas to secure and build membership as a creative service and during that time accepted a position as Senior Director of Artist Relations for Digital Musicworks International. For 3 years I was the General Manager of Justice Records (distributed by Universal/Fontana) and signed Ian Moore, …And You Will Know Us By The Trail of Dead, Electric Touch and Nelo to the label. I also spearheaded the development of signature imprint labels including Arsenal Rock n Roll Records (which released the Love & Rockets Tribute album), New Tales To Tell featuring The Flaming Lips, Better Than Ezra, The Dandy Warhols, Monster Magnet, Black Francis, Puscifer (MJ Keenan) and Adrian Young of No Doubt.

Currently I am music business consultant. I manage the Justice Records catalog and lead broadcast/artist relations for Stageside Productions at Austin City Limits Live where I oversee content creation, distribution and licensing. My most recent entrepreneurial venture is Bedrock Solutions.

Bedrock sells digital music to raise money for schools and was designed to create a win for everyone. Students start campaigns for artists to raise money and in turn earn points to redeem for cool prizes and scholarships. The idea is to empower students to support their school with great music to share with their friends, family and community.

I also co-founded and am the CEO of The Equestrian Network, a conglomerate of websites including www.EquestrianSingles.com (featured on Oprah), www.EquestrianFriends.com, www.EquestrianChat.com, and www.CountryWesternSingles.com. In 2011, we celebrated our 10 year anniversary! It’s the #1 online equestrian community in the world.  The community averages 1.6 million hits a day and 11 million page views per month. In addition to bringing horse people together, the Equestrian-Network is instrumental in numerous community relief and rescue efforts and has formed alliances with the Mustang Heritage Foundation and the BLM wild horse and adoption program to create awareness and increase adoptions around the country.

Lastly (but certainly not least!) my husband, Palmer Earley, and I created Earley Ventures LLC. Our real estate company purchases, renovates and manages commercial and residential properties in Central Texas.
